Coaching, Therapy and Assessments each have a different feel and purpose. I offer all in a casual environment as your partner. I seek to understand, and help you make choices, changes or commitments.
THERAPY
Thoughts, feeling, symptoms, behaviors, events & challenges may be addressed in therapy. Acknowledgment of the past and present are necessary to identify how we got here. Strengths and areas for growth are identified and processed. Goals and desires are named. Treatment interventions are offered and practiced.
COACHING/PARTNERSHIP
Coaching puts focus on the present and future. It includes identifying goals and challenges to provide guidance and support. An important piece of coaching is accountability. Coaching works well for almost any performance, life or relationship goal and focuses on growth. I work as an accountability partner to help you take action with a plan.
